First Post

This post is here just to say hello, and give a little mission statement. I plan on making observations on daily life, politics, American culture and just about anything else that strikes my fancy to write about at that time. All of these observations will be made from an Islamic perspective. This will be done not only for my benefit, essentially a rant, but also for the benefit of allowing others to access the thoughts of a Muslim American.
